Autumn Sunset I is a collection of songs in celebration of love and remembrance... a heaping serving of aural "comfort food" as cooler weather arrives, leaves are falling, and amber skies drift into evening. The mix features 19 tracks spanning 58 years from 1956 to 2014. Summer Mix 2015 (Sunrise - Sunset - Midnight)

This year's summer mix ... A summer's day from sunrise to sunset to midnight and everything in between , along with an additional theme that I'll let you figure out for yourself. I broke out the track listing below in chapters by time of day. I went into this mix thinking only that "Ripple" by the Grateful Dead would be at/near the end, and "Fool for Love" by Lord Huron had this great opening that sounded like a sunrise. As I started to gather songs for the mix, I realized I had too many similar sounding songs. Mike, our one-time mix competitor, referred to them as "chugga-chugga" songs due to their beat. When I traveled up north earlier this month, I heard songs that eventually found their way into the mix, and helped create a flow for the mix. One song in particular, "Rock & Roll" by The Velvet Underground came on while in a cab from a Phillies game back to the hotel. The cab driver cranked it up and asked us, ...

My playlist of all-time favorite top 25 songs (as of April 2015) ordered by how I think they best mix together, and includes one song per artist. These are the tracks that over the years I listen to again and again, and always require a turn-up of the volume when I hear them.
